Project Manager Insurance P&C (IARD)

To support the development of our client, a major player in P&C (IARD) insurance in the Ile-de-France region. We are looking for a Project Manager - P&C (IARD) Insurance, specializing in claims management.

The Project Manager's Main Missions Will Be:

Your responsibilities:

. Manage and lead projects related to P&C (IARD) insurance.

. Support the client in claims management if necessary and propose optimization solutions.

. Ensure coordination between the various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.

. Analyze client needs in P&C (IARD) insurance and suggest suitable solutions,

. Develop action plans, monitor schedules and budgets allocated to projects.

. Ensure compliance with deadlines and objectives set, while guaranteeing the quality of deliverables.

Your profile:

· 6 years of experience minimum

· Bac +5 in Insurance, Finance, Management or equivalent.

. Significant experience of at least 5 years as a Project Manager in the field of P&C (IARD) insurance.

. In-depth knowledge of the P&C (IARD) insurance sector and the specificities related to claims.

. Mastery of project management and planning monitoring tools.

. Ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions.

. Excellent communication and team management skills.

. Organization, autonomy, diplomacy.

. Results-oriented, force of proposal and spirit of initiative.

. Ability to anticipate problems and provide effective solutions.

Freelance possible, budget to be defined according to profile and experience, 6-month mission with possibility of extension.
