Project management consultant :

To support expansion and diversification of our activities, we are looking for a functional project manager/project management consultant for a big name of the distribution sector in France, Paris.

The purpose of the mission is to support the project director in his missions to transform and digitalize business processes.

Your responsibilities :

· Description of current processes

· Finalization of the framing phase

· Simplification and industrialization of production

· Contribution to the development of the project

· Writing documentation according to needs (framing documentation, specifications, presentations, etc.)

· Planning of different actions

· Writing meeting minutes

· Monitoring projects in collaboration with different collaborators

· Organization, preparation of meetings

Your profile :

· 3 to 5 years experience in a similar function

· Holder of a high education diploma in the field of IT, project management or finance

· You have skills in the Agile method and v cycle methodology

· Excellent writing and oral level in French, good level of English both written and spoken

· Sense of communication, curiosity, rigor, reliability

· Sense of organization allowing deadlines to be met

· Agility, customer awareness and solution oriented are terms that define you
