Senior business analyst financial sector:

For our client, a well-known financial institution, we are hiring an experienced professional for a senior business analyst position:

Your responsibilities:

· Evaluate, analyse, and communicate systems and process requirements on a continuing basis.

· Propose, elaborate, and design solutions with a user centric mindset. Be an active actor in our IT development projects.

· Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.

· Conduct daily systems analytics for the best data quality,

· Coordinate client onboarding process.

· Troubleshoot problems and handle necessary data maintenance.

· Train users and be the SME for our partners and clients.

Your profile:

· Hold a Master degree in Banking, Management, Administration, Finance or IT

· At least 3 years of experience in analytics, business transformation projects in financial services industry

· Have solid analytical and communication skills with a collaborative mindset

· High proficiency with Microsoft applications, SQL and database management.

· Experience in generating process documentation and reports.

· Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights

· Solution-oriented and pragmatic, able and willing to propose new ideas

· Proven ability to manage projects and user testing

· Relevant experience with data visualization

· Fluent in English
